    What’s included

    • Monthly coaching time. Your plan includes up to 2, 4 or 8 hours of one-on-one coaching with Amy each billing month, depending on the plan you choose.
    • Flexible session lengths. Use your coaching time in shorter or longer sessions as needed. You don't have to divide your hours into a predetermined number of appointments.
    • Between-session text access. Monthly clients can text Amy during normal business hours for questions, quick advice and second opinions between scheduled sessions.
    • Texting doesn't count against your coaching hours. Quick questions and guidance by text are included. If something requires a more in-depth conversation, Amy may suggest scheduling coaching time to work through it properly.
    • Your hours reset each billing cycle. Your monthly coaching period begins on the date you subscribe and renews on that date each month. For example, if you subscribe on September 21, your first coaching period runs through October 20 and your next begins October 21.
    • Unused hours don't roll over. Any unused coaching time expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not accumulate.
    • Scheduling is subject to availability. Sessions should be booked in advance and are subject to Amy's availability. Your plan does not guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time.
    • 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and missed appointments may count toward your monthly coaching hours.
    • Automatic monthly renewal. Your subscription is billed automatically each month on your recurring billing date using the payment method on file.
    • Cancel anytime. There is no long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current billing period, and you may use any remaining coaching time through the end of that period.
    • Standard coaching agreement. After signing up, you'll receive Amy's standard coaching agreement to review and sign before coaching begins.
    • Business guidance, not professional advice. Coaching is based on Amy's experience as a salon owner and operator and is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, HR or other licensed professional advice when appropriate.
